🧹 Overview

Fan Controlled Sports & Entertainment is a fully interactive sports league where fans call plays in real time. I led UX research efforts to understand fan behavior, enhance engagement features, and optimize the end-to-end viewer experience.

🌟 The Challenge

How do we keep fans actively engaged during live sports streams, while also supporting sponsor goals and improving product decisions?

• Mid-game drop-off rates were increasing
• Fan behavior was difficult to analyze in real time
• Product and sponsorship decisions lacked user-informed data
